How do I contact you to ask a question?

If you are using Trainerize with your particular program, please message me via Trainerize.

If your program does not use Trainerize, please email me at wendy@thefitmovement.co.uk.

Remember, in either case, to write any comments or questions in bullet point form. Each bullet point a maximum of 3 sentences. Attach any photos or videos you would like me to review.

All messages are reviewed within 48 hours, excluding weekends and UK public holidays (see here for details).

How do I check-in with you?

I will check in with you on Friday each week to see how you’re progressing. Please ensure that you reply no later than midday GMT the following Monday.

In your reply, you can share any comments or questions you have for the week.

How do payments work?

You are billed each month on the same date of the month as you signed up. This is done either through Stripe or Paypal, depending on how you signed up.

Additionally, if you are enrolled in the Core Exercise Solutions program, you will be billed $1 USD per calendar month separately, again on the same date each month as the date you signed up.

What if I don't know how to perform an exercise in my program?

If this is the case, please check out the technique points and videos on either the Trainerize or Kajabi app, depending on whether you’re viewing the Trainerize or Core Exercise Solutions program.

If you require further help, contact me via messaging in Trainerize, or by email if you are only using Core Exercise Solutions.

Do I need to be a member of a gym?

For the Core Exercise Solutions program, you do not need to be a member of a gym.

If you are using Trainerize, let me know what equipment you have access to and I’ll devise your program from there. If you need to use heavier equipment to reach your goals that you do not have at home, than yes, gym membership is recommended.

Do I need to purchase any equipment?

For the Core Exercise Solutions program, recommended equipment is minimal and includes: a resistance band, a mini loop band, a foam roller and a ball or two of different sizes and softness (eg tennis ball or massage therapy ball) for pelvic floor releases. You may wish to purchase bands of different resistance as you progress your strength. I usually find a medium band is OK to begin with.

If you are using Trainerize for your program, let me know what equipment you have access to and I’ll devise your program from there. Depending on your goals, as a minimum I would suggest a resistance band and mini looped band. A set of lighter and heavier dumbbells would also be useful. If you need to use heavier equipment to reach your goals, such as a barbell, that you do not have at home, than you may need gym access. However, we can discuss what you might need on our initial call.

Do I need to download any software?

You can view the Core Exercise Solutions program via the Kajabi membership site on a laptop or tablet. The same goes for Trainerize. However, you may wish to download the relevant app on your mobile phone for convenience.

There are optional pieces of software such as MyFitnessPal that can help with your goals. Most smart phones/watches also have a pedometer to track your daily steps.

Do you have a refund and cancellation policy?

You may request a refund within 7 days of your initial purchase. Beyond the initial 7 days, you may cancel at any time before your next billing cycle.

Please note, access to Trainerize and Core Exercise Solutions is dependent on you continuing to train with me. You will therefore lose online access to these programs and any other online resources if you request a refund or cancel.
