Our Women’s FIT Camp is designed to get you feeling fitter, stronger + looking amazing!
Come + enjoy our daytime class for some fresh air + fun in a friendly + supportive environment at Topsham Rugby Football Club.
Whether you’re a seasoned exerciser, or just starting out, The FIT Movement provides effective exercise with all fitness levels provided for. Exercises are pelvic-floor + joint friendly, or are easily adaptable.
This is a results-based program designed to get you back in control of your health + fitness, as well as looking + feeling great.

Experience the motivation of working out with other women in our FIT Movement community so you won’t have to go it alone.
No shouting (we don’t like that either), just excellent coaching… oh, and did we mention fun!?!

Each session is 60-minutes long.
We start off with a warm-up before moving the main part of the session. This is a combinations of bodyweight exercises, weights, kettlebells and resistance bands. From time to time we get out the boxing gloves (!) and other bits of kit. You can also expect various forms of cardio exercise too.
Don’t worry if you haven’t exercised like this before – we’re super friendly + you’ll soon be in the swing of things.
We also like to include the odd game or two – while you’re having fun you won’t notice that you’re working out!
Sometimes you’ll work individually, other times in pairs or altogether.
The best bit? No two sessions are alike!
How do I sign up?
Your first session is on us, but you’ll need to fill out a health questionnaire before you join. Please contact me here and we’ll get you squared away.
Classes run during term time in pre-paid blocks, depending on length of half-term. (If you wish to join us part-way through, we can pro-rata how many weeks are left in that particular half-term block. If that’s the case, please let me know here).

Once you’ve made payment, you’ll be directed to the online pre-screening health questionnaire to complete to ensure that this class is right for you. This must be submitted before you attend the first class. Note: if you have previously submitted your pre-screening health questionnaire, you can skip this part.
I will then confirm your space by email.
Please note: In addition, there is a one-off annual charge of £40 to become a social member of Topsham RFC if you’re not a member already (this enables us to keep the cost of the class as it is, and also confers on you a number of benefits as a club member). Membership is arranged directly with the Club and the necessary form can be completed when you’re next there.

I haven’t exercised in a long while. Is that OK?
Yes. We all start out as beginners. You will work at a pace to suit you.
What do I need to wear?
I advise a decent sports bra and well-fitting trainers, although don’t wear your best workout kit as we are outdoors.
You’ll want to layer up so that you can remove layers if you get too warm.
Depending on the time of year, you may wish to wear sunscreen or carry a mac with you.
What if I miss a class? Can I get a refund?
Classes are charged in blocks. Therefore, please note, classes are non-refundable if you miss a session.
