Will I like the food on the meal plan?

All the recipes are based around whole foods. Recipes include meals such as chocolate hazelnut protein bowl, tempeh vegan chilli, Moroccan chickpea soup, garlic chilli shrimp with pesto zoodles, roasted lemon rosemary chicken and no bake apple bites.

We’ve included two 10-day programs the reset- one for meat eaters, and one for vegetarians / vegans – so if there’s a meal you don’t like there are plenty of options to swap around.

Most ingredients can be found in larger supermarkets, but there are a few things that you may need to purchase from a health food store. Before starting the program, ensure that you read through the recipes so that you can plan your shopping and make sure your kitchen is stocked with what you’ll need – at least 3-4 days at a time.


What’s the serving size?

The smoothies and juices are 1-2 servings. The meal recipes are intended to be family-sized, so you can adjust accordingly or keep leftovers for the next day.


I don’t think I can commit to a 10-day program.

Do I have to follow the plan exactly?

You can swap meals around if you wish for days 4-10, but please adhere to the cleanse for the first 3 days.


What about withdrawal symptoms as I begin to follow the program?

If you’re used to eating a diet that includes pizza, pasta, bread, as well as other processed foods, caffeine and alcohol, then yes, it is more than likely you will experience some form of withdrawal symptoms when following the 10-Day Body Reset. These can vary from mild to severe, depending on your current dietary intake and how your body will respond to removing them.

If you are concerned, we suggest that you begin cutting down on these 4-5 days out from the start of following the program.
